many ways. New technologies ensure less radical medical treatments and a faster
recovery for the patient. Many tools ensure that people can stay at home for
longer and do not have to go to a nursing home. Taking a good look at what a
patient really needs and attuning the medical device to this increases the
self-reliance of the patient and with that also the sense of self-worth.
